Refund and Return Policy

We aim to provide easy returns and handle them on a case-by-case basis to ensure customer satisfaction. Please check your item(s) upon delivery and contact us within 3 business days by email at support@wiralomistore.com if you have any issues with your order. We only provide after-sale service for items purchased from our store: https://www.wiralomistore.com.

Refund Policy:

Contact us within 30 days of purchase to authorize a return. Items should be in new condition with original packaging for a full refund. If the item(s) are in good condition, a restocking fee of 15% of the total purchase cost may be deducted from the refund.

Return and exchange items should be in new condition and include all original hardware and packaging. Contact us first to understand your case and void return eligibility if the item is clearly used or missing parts.

We value each customer and aim to deal with returns fairly and reasonably. The return address will be provided by email after submitting the application. Refunds will be processed within 7 to 14 business days in the same form of payment originally used for purchase.

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours with your order number and reason. We cannot accept cancellations after the parcel has been shipped.

Please contact our Customer Service to get the return address and don't return the item to the address listed on our webiste.
